OPTION 5 : The High Roof/LWB Camper Conversion

If you have a High Roof van, this Motorhome style conversion could be the perfect fit for you needs.

It includes the following:

Kitchen area:

The Kitchen area has an “L” shape design with drawers and cupboards, a folding outdoor table, Water storage, 12V Water Pump, Sink + Tap, Splashback, 95L Fridge, with oiled or varnished Benchtops.
Overhead Shelving can also be fitted.

Bed and Seating/Dining Area:

Large Queen or King sized fixed Bed, front storage cupboard for storage of large items, 2 x Bench seats that can be used as a meals/dining area.
Storage within the Bench seats, Porta Potty Storage, Electrical storage.
At the rear of the vehicle it has 1 large deep drawer, fold down cupboard lid and large deep cupboard for extra storage of larger bulky items.

Floor:

Plywood cut to the shape of the floor, with the option of Insulation beneath, Vinyl flooring fitted with your choice of your style.

Paneling/Insulation:

Walls and Roof are fully lined with Insulation, followed with Pine paneling throughout using 9mm tongue and groove planks.

Electrical:

Dual Battery Isolater, Large Deep Cycle Battery/or Batteries,  Power Ports,  Power Inverter, Battery Box with 12V Ports and USB and Fuses at both ends.
